How to process a refund

Objective:

This article highlights the steps to process a refund for a customer that is returning a product. 

Additional information:

 To process a refund, please make sure that the refund has been approved by a manager.

Procedure:

1. Verify the customer contact information
2. Verify the product being returned
3. Create and attach return shipping label

4. Apply refund back to customer credit card

5. Attach refund receipt
6. Apply macro: Refund - Complete
